The IESA arts&culture (Institute of Higher Education in Arts and Culture) is a private higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Communication. It trains students and professionals in the fields of art and culture.
All of the courses are taught by over 200 professional speakers to develop a perfect general culture, critical thinking, technical skills, and prepare future professionals for excellence and market developments.

Our one-year training program offers you the opportunity to become an expert in cultural project management, whether in the fields of exhibitions, performing arts, heritage enhancement, tourism or cultural policies. It is open to students holding a master's degree 1 or 2 as well as to a professional audience.
Every Friday, take advantage of a professional development program to refine your expertise in the sector of your choice: ancient and modern art or contemporary art. With the help of a coach, follow this program that will allow you to acquire skills in methodology and project management, and to realize your own cultural project from A to Z.
Throughout the year, you will benefit from personalized support for the construction of your professional project. Your coach will help you define your objectives and prepare you to present them to a panel of professionals, giving you all the keys to obtain the state-certified title.
Knowing how to study the relevance of a cultural project or programming based on its environment; Designing an artistic or cultural project; Mastering the administrative and financial management of the project; Steering the project and managing the various actors contributing to its design and implementation; Communicating and carrying out mediation actions, building and retaining a network of partners.
