From the very first year, we teach students a methodology aimed at developing their creativity. The challenge? Being able to propose solutions that are both relevant and innovative. We put them in a real-world scenario with a specific set of requirements to follow and teach them how to respond to it while avoiding clichés. To nourish their thought process, we ask them to look for references (literary, philosophical, artistic, etc.) that they can rely on to develop their own response. The development of creativity also involves a lot of experimentation. Classes at LISAA are primarily held in workshops: where one experiments, manipulates, tests, attempts, creates, undoes, and where learning from mistakes is encouraged.
The Hotel, Restaurant, Made in France specialization at LISAA Paris is a fourth-year program within the Interior Architecture & Design curriculum. It offers a specialized master's degree in the fields of luxury hospitality and accommodations, gastronomy, and local cuisine, drawing on the globally recognized French expertise. This program aims to address multicultural and innovative projects while serving as an ambassador for the French art of living.
LISAA Paris Interior Architecture & Design supports students in their professional development through a robust program. Students receive individual guidance from the professionalization manager, who helps them find internships and apprenticeships. This support takes various forms, including individual meetings to help each student clarify their professional goals, professionalization workshops/courses starting in the third year, coaching, interview simulations, and job fairs for fourth-year students. All of this is designed to help students find an apprenticeship or professional contract within the framework of the apprenticeship program.
The specialized master's degree in Hospitality, Catering, Made in France aims to train students to design private or public, individual or collective, ephemeral or durable spaces. During this two-year program, students acquire specific skills in managing large-scale projects, taking into account technical, regulatory, aesthetic, and budgetary constraints. They learn to characterize an interior architecture and design program, conceptualize and validate a project with the client and end users, as well as manage the project's implementation and the activities of selected providers and suppliers. This program delivers a level 7 certification and prepares students to enter the job market.
