Arts, Design & Architecture

The IESA arts&culture (Institute of Higher Education in Arts and Culture) is a private higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Communication. It trains students and professionals in the fields of art and culture.

All of the courses are taught by over 200 professional speakers to develop a perfect general culture, critical thinking, technical skills, and prepare future professionals for excellence and market developments.

Ideally located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, the IESA arts&culture offers its students a unique space dedicated to training, research, production and dissemination of cultural events, exchanges, international openness and support for young startups.

Since its creation, the school has focused its pedagogy on the project mode in order to bring its students into a creative and concrete dynamic that allows them to integrate the professional world with real skills or to carry out their own projects. The professionalization path followed by students is just as important as the essential academic path.

The IESA arts&culture aims to train professionals who possess a good general culture, specialized knowledge, and acquired skills upon graduation.

Course details

The MBA offers students the perfect opportunity to gain the essential tools, knowledge and leadership skills needed to thrive in today's ever-evolving international business landscape.

A customised programme

The MBA is designed for experienced professionals who want to boost and/or pivot their careers. Students from all over the world come together in Paris for an intense 12-month programme. MBA students combine their existing professional experience with solid theoretical learning to analyse businesses and develop solutions in a case study environment. The solutions are defended among their peers under the guidance of the professors. To apply the case study, MBA students choose electives around a company/industry.

Skills

Starting with a reinforcement of business fundamentals with courses such as strategy, accounting, finance, marketing and management, students then combine their work experience with interdisciplinary integration courses. The emphasis is on building a strong business foundation that students will build on throughout their careers, as well as developing the skills necessary for career management. Key words are: leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, career management, lifelong learning. After graduation, students will be able to pursue careers in leadership positions in a wide range of sectors and management positions. By combining their previous experience with their new management and leadership expertise, students are prepared for : Senior Management - Management Consultancy - Marketing Manager - Operations Manager - Product Management - Project Management.

Admission

Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree of 4 years to enroll in the 12-month MBA program.

Candidates with a 3-year BA degree can enroll in the pre-master semester.
