Are you attentive to the behaviors of customers and users? Do you consider customer experience to be a priority in projects? Do you have experience in user testing, customer journey, or design thinking? If so, the Master's in Lead UX may be the right fit for you!
The objective of this Master's program is to train experts in Digital Strategy with a specialization in Lead UX. You will acquire skills in data management, design, and implementation of digital strategies. At the end of the training, you will be able to lead a process of problem-solving and ideation, design transformation and/or innovation projects, implement internal/external communication strategies, manage projects until their final delivery, and manage project teams, technical or cross-functional.
Implement a UX approach tailored to the objectives of a digital project and lead its implementation. Design the initial features of a product or service while considering the needs and expectations of users and using user experience design methods. Develop and prioritize usage scenarios using various iteration tools during workshops involving multidisciplinary teams to define different user journeys. Create prototypes following a conscious iterative approach to continuously integrate user feedback. Upon completion of this program, you will receive the title of Digital Strategy Expert from ECAD Consultants-Digital Campus, level 7 registered with RNCP under number 36287 by decision of the General Director of France Competences on March 25, 2022.
