The MBA Human Resources Management 1st year is a unique training program that allows you to better understand the mechanisms of HR functions and the company, to combine theory and practice in business and HR management, and to specialize your training if you do not have an HR background. After the second year, you will obtain a certified level 7* title.

For students in their 3rd year of Bachelor's degree in Communication as well as those in their 4th and 5th years of Master's degree in Communication, it is possible to choose between apprenticeship (professionalization or apprenticeship contract) or alternating internships.
The rhythm in the 3rd year of Bachelor's degree is 4 days in the company and 1 day in training, with 5 weeks of courses/seminars spread over the year.
The rhythm in the 1st year of Master's degree is 4 days in the company and 1 day in training, with 5 weeks of courses/seminars spread over the year.
