The Digital Tech Manager Master's program prepares future professionals who will be responsible for designing the digital strategy of companies operating in the Tech industry. This training enables graduates to understand the challenges of digital technology in order to better anticipate changes, identify market expectations and needs, stimulate innovation through digital technologies, and analyze trends to adapt strategies to the constant evolution of the sector.

The objectives of the training

The Tech Marketing & Digital Master's program, with a specialization in Digital Tech Manager, aims to prepare students to market high-value solutions resulting from the increasing digitization of businesses and the growing complexity of products and services. The program aims to train professionals capable of understanding the economic, strategic, and technological challenges of companies, proposing solutions tailored to customer needs, managing technical projects and teams, and making data-driven decisions in the High Tech and Innovation sectors.

The strengths of the training

The Tech Marketing & Digital Master's program aims to train strategic and operational digital marketing managers who are capable of designing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy of a company or brand. They gather and analyze information about customers, target audiences, competition, and the market context in order to develop and propose a marketing strategy that meets the client's expectations.

The Digital Tech Manager specialization within this Master's program enhances the Manager's Tech Expertise through the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) and advertising campaigns, defining communication objectives on social media platforms to be implemented by the community manager, and developing a digital marketing framework.

As such, the main tasks of the Digital Tech Manager include:

  • Developing operational recommendations and a strategic plan.
  • Determining marketing objectives and identifying corresponding key performance indicators.
  • Developing the brand's presence and its products across various digital media channels.
  • Defining financial resources and timelines.
  • Managing advertising campaigns (display) and search engine optimization (SEO, SEA, etc.).
  • Overseeing the social media marketing strategy (SMO, advertisements).
  • Implementing and managing an e-commerce strategy.

Upon completion of this Master's program, students will have acquired the skills necessary to:

Module 1 - Analyze and design the editorial positioning of a brand and its marketing strategy (studying the brand's digital ecosystem, implementing target audience analysis, developing the positioning strategy, recommending communication and online reputation strategies, implementing tools to monitor the brand's editorial strategy).

Module 2 - Describe innovative business models and customer experiences (monitoring brand or company trends, studying target segments and needs, driving innovation and design, developing the customer relationship strategy, recommending e-business strategies, prototyping new services).

Module 3 - Design and implement a digital and operational marketing strategy (developing operational recommendations and a strategic plan, determining marketing objectives, identifying key indicators, developing brand and product strategies, defining digital marketing and advertising campaigns).
