From the very first year, we teach students a methodology aimed at developing their creativity. The challenge? Being able to propose solutions that are both relevant and innovative. We put them in a real-world scenario with a specific set of requirements to follow and teach them how to respond to it while avoiding clichés. To nourish their thought process, we ask them to look for references (literary, philosophical, artistic, etc.) that they can rely on to develop their own response. The development of creativity also involves a lot of experimentation. Classes at LISAA are primarily held in workshops: where one experiments, manipulates, tests, attempts, creates, undoes, and where learning from mistakes is encouraged.

Course details

The objective of this program is to train fashion enthusiasts into communication experts. They learn to understand the specificities of the Fashion & Luxury ecosystem and to be in line with the latest trends and technologies. Students experience the best communication practices to be able to provide tailored and personalized communication solutions to national and international clients.

Skills and teaching methods

The Marketing and Communication Manager in the fashion industry is responsible for designing and implementing strategies aimed at offering products or services that meet the needs of their clients and the market in which their company operates. They must ensure that operations are profitable while retaining customers and improving the brand and product awareness, thus contributing to the development of sales and the profitability of the company. This profession is constantly evolving due to digitalization and the increasing importance of social networks in the purchasing process, which has been accelerated by the global pandemic and has led to new consumer behaviors.

What skills will you acquire?

The training aims to obtain the Marketing & Communication Manager certification. The skills acquired during this program will make you fully operational and facilitate your professional integration into the world of fashion and luxury. You will learn how to:

  • Develop a marketing & communication strategy
  • Develop and deploy a marketing & communication action plan
  • Manage the quality of the customer experience
  • Manage the various actors of marketing & communication projects
  • Finally, evaluate the results of the implemented plans.

Subjects

A true business school within a renowned fashion school, this communication-focused program allows you to discover the workings of the fashion industry in close collaboration with students in creative fields.

Over 3 years, the LISAA Paris Bachelor in Fashion Business provides you with the specific foundations of business and marketing in service of fashion.

YEAR 1 / 600 in-person hours

The first year of this Bachelor's program will allow you to discover the fashion industry, its history, culture, and understand its business specificities, the different facets of a fashion product's life: its commercialization, distribution, promotion, and communication. This is an opportunity to become an expert in finding tomorrow's products and ensuring their commercial success, as well as ensuring the good reputation of brands. Introduction to e-learning.

Note that you can complete 1 to 2 months of optional internships in a company at the end of this second year.

YEAR 2 / 700 in-person hours

Throughout this second year, you will learn to develop 360° communication strategies and plans, with an international dimension, in collaboration with renowned fashion houses in search of new brand identity territories. Indeed, you can apply LISAA's teachings through real case studies entrusted by our partner brands. You will have to provide solutions to commercial or marketing issues proposed by major brands and beautiful fashion and creative houses. Deepening in e-learning. Note that you can complete 2 to 3 months of optional internships in a company at the end of this second year.

YEAR 3 / 490 e-learning hours

This third year will mark your first steps in commercial and marketing functions for the fashion industry: this year will take place in e-learning and in alternation. An excellent way to define your professional project more precisely and to facilitate your integration into the job market. While continuing your studies at school (2 days a week), during classes and seminars, you will join a real professional team (3 days a week), thanks to the apprenticeship contract or the professionalization contract.
